My poor tired eyes are suffering. They are crinkly, black and sunken. They look bloody awful. No amount of make up can hide this many flaws.

What I need is some serious help.

So yes we all know I don’t sleep very well,  I go on and on about it. So you would think I could cope quite well with a child that also doesn’t sleep well. But nope. Yes I am awake most of the time he wakes up, but once he is back to sleep it takes me a while to join him, and then of course he wakes again. And as any parent knows it is exhausting.

Golden Boys first year was 365 long long nights, only sleeping here and there, then it seemed to click, all was wonderful, I don’t think there have been very many nights where he slept all the way through but compared to the first year there is nothing to complain about. But this week, ugh, screaming the place down til late in the evening and then screaming for some attention for a few hours each night, all is fine once he has got one of us out of bed and some acknowledgement that he is the boss. It is hideous, Biggy went to work with his glasses on today because he couldn’t put his contact lenses in his tired eyes.

Now I am a sucker for creams and lotions, doesn’t matter the cost, I would give it a go. And I think my eyes need some very special attention:
